Working too much regularly can have negative effects on your physical as well as mental health as all these factors bring ever increasing stress. Dealing with Infertility

Infertility is a challenge that requires personal change in order to meet the demands of the process. I have personally experienced that many women have said, “The more I realized that infertility changed my life, the more it made me take steps to change my life but coping with infertility is really a tough job”. 

There is a lot to manage when you are trying to get pregnant and dealing with infertility issues. The most difficult could be the emotional ups and downs that inbuilt in the process.

People around you can be insensitive and terrible in their comments. Social situations, like a baby shower or seeing moms with babies are extremely painful. Many women feel betrayed by their body and the injustice of the whole thing.

Last but not least, the common question; “What have I done that causes me infertility?” There are no easy answers for the emotional crisis that occurs within for infertility and though you may feel alone, or alone together, there is help and support always available. 

Studies also show that women (and couples) who seek support of family and friends cope better than those who hide it, so share your story with people who care about you. 

Dealing with infertility is indeed a challenge but it can sought out if you find right amount of people around you who becomes your support system.

SUFFICIENT SLEEP IS IMPORTANT DURING PREGNANCY

Taking proper rest is a very important for a pregnant woman. The reason why sleep is significant in the pregnancy is because the condition required by the body to grow occurs, when the body takes rest. There may be chances for some pregnant ladies to sleep more than their usual time. This may be just because their body demands rest and sleep. But few women’s find it difficult to take even a nap of few hours. 

Why is sleep and rest is Important?

Ample sleep is important for the pregnant ladies for their good health and even for their little ones health. Proper rest will keep both of them away from many disease and any sort of complications in the pregnancy. If the body will not get proper rest then chances of complications may increase There are many reasons for the discomfort in the sleep of pregnant ladies. One of them is:

Increased size of foetus- The obvious reason for the lack of sleep is the increased size of foetus. You don’t find any position comfortable and the whole night is spent with open eyes and changing sides. The pain in stomach and back are unbearable and takes away your sleep. To avoid the discomfort in sleep due to the increased size of foetus you can use pillows and put a pillow in middle of your legs and try to make yourself comfortable. After some time you will get accustomed to the changes in your body and will be able to get a proper sleep.

Factors causing Infertility

I was under tremendous amount of stress and was suffering from a trauma after undergoing four cycles of IVF without any result. I had my share of bad experiences from all the big institutes and now decided to go some place small and cosy and a doctor who would make me feel at home. Dr Shobha Gupta did just that.
