Everything about Male infertility

Male infertility is the issue in 20 percent of cases of infertile couples. So it’s important for your partner also to be involved in the process and to undergo testing, too. A semen analysis can tell doctors about sperm motility, shape, and concentration, all of which can play a role in fertility. It is important to understand that men undergo fertility problems as well and have a biological clock too, like women. How to overcome infertility

Many people in India are struggling from infertility and they all have different stories to tell about their
infertility journey. Infertility is a common problem according to the Indian Society of Assisted Reproduction, infertility currently affects about 10 to 14 percent of the Indian population, with higher rates in urban areas where one out of six couples is impacted. It can be caused by a single problem or a number of issues. Often patients don't fully appreciate the extent of the potential causes, especially age that may be linked to them failing to conceive.

Today, the lifestyle which we live is the biggest culprit of being infertile. When diagnosed with infertility it is important to know that fertility problems are common and can vary also. Damage to fallopian tubes (tubal infertility), cervical causes and ovulation disorder are the most common causes of infertility in women but there are many reasons which must be investigated before opting any infertility treatment like semen analysis in males to check their sperm count & sperm motility, Ovarian reserve testing in females as the egg reserve diminishes with age, regularity of menstrual cycle etc. As a infertility specialist, I would advise everyone to go through proper check up and focus on your overall health first before starting a family.
