Problems getting pregnant second time?


Lot of couples plan their extended family when they plan their second baby. But problem occurs when they came to know that they are suffering from secondary infertility which means inability to get pregnant after the birth of your first biological child. This kind of state can be stressful and upsetting and also difficult to process, especially if the first pregnancy went well.  

Now, let us consider few facts which lead you to secondary infertility: 

1. Time and Gap between the ages: 

We cannot say that somebody is suffering from secondary infertility for particular amount of time. But if a couple has been trying unsuccessfully for at least one year or so then I would strongly recommend that they should pay a visit to fertility expert who will be able to investigate their situation and help them get to the bottom of what might be wrong. Keep your Mobile phones out of your pocket


We are living in the era of high end smart phones. There is a considerable amount of time that people spend on their phones instead of doing anything else. But many people does not know that men who carry their mobile phone in their pocket could be involuntarily destroying their sperm. 

Yes, you heard it right keeping mobile phones in your trouser’s or jeans pocket could hamper your fertility especially in men. There is also a study done in Israel where the researchers has found that almost half of the men (47%) who kept their phones in their front trouser pocket had low sperm levels, compared to 11% of the general population. The study also revealed that men who chatted on the phone for more than an hour each day were twice as likely to have low sperm quality as those who spoke on their mobile for less than one hour per day.

Air Pollution affecting fertility


Delhi’s air these days is a matter of concern for each and everybody. Air pollution has garnered considerable interest from past few weeks. From children to young adults to elderly people all have come under the deadliest and this poisonous trap of Air pollution.
